Chef Fabrizio Facchini is the board member and adviser of the AICNY (Associazione Italiana Chef New York).  An organization made up of Italian culinary chefs upholding the strongest values of Italian cuisine abroad. We have created a network of Italian distinguished chefs, pizza Chef and Pastry Chef to share ideas, cooking techniques, knowledge, and employment opportunities in NYC.  Money raised through fundraising events will go towards to medicine cure  research, scholarships for Italian culinary students, research of authentic artisan foods imported from Italy and to promote the true Italian dining experience in NYC.  New York's Italian celebrity chefs offer world-class cuisine in attractive settings with legendary service at their top-ranked restaurants.
